“When I was a kid my Parents had home and auto insurance from here and when I turned 16 and got a car I also got my insurance here. I really couldn’t imagine going anywhere else for insurance.
Any time I’ve needed to make a claim, or had any questions they have always went above and beyond to help me. Recently I totaled my car, and when I made a claim it was quick and easy, and painless.
One thing I really like about them is they know people, when you come in to set up a policy, make a payment I know who you are. I had to call to ask a few questions for my parents home insurance, and since they knew who I was, and my parents they answered all my questions I had, and gave me advice on how to handle a situation instead of paying someone. They are amazing!”
